Introduction
Kanha national park is full of surprises and keep on changing with season and sighting probabilities. Nature has blessing to keep on changing thus updates come frequently from forest like sighting of tiger or tigress in certain area, tigress seen with cubs, other mammals sighting, sighting of some rare bird or rate butterfly etc. Thus despite of visiting Kanha national park, again and again, after gap of certain months, we will find something new, different from last visit.
Park Updates
At present, due to monsoon season, core zones are closed and buffer zones are stil open. Tourists coming in this period, will have to visit buffer safari zones. At present, Khatia buffer zone is going very good. Magarnala female and her cubs are favorite of wildlife photographhers and normal tourists. Core zones will reopen from 01Oct2023 .
Safari Updates
At present Khatia buffer zone is showing good results in terms of tiger sighting. Magarnala family is occasionally seen by tourists. We hope, this sighting will continue in upcoming months.
Hotel Updates
Citrus group is coming with new resort near Khatia entry gate. It is at wonderful location with river bank of Banjar river.
